Is it a Win Win Win Win?
No matter how we look at it, creating a win (Recruiter), win (Client), win (Candidate), win (Katie & Emil) situation is on of the best and rightous ways to promote your BI Recruitment agency. The reason is simple. Everyone is satisfied, and when everyone is satisfied they will stop looking anywhere else, because they have everything they need, at the person who can give all of that is you!
How to promote your agency?
If you think about it, it's quite simple. All you have to ask yourself is what does everyone really want from you?
1) Candidate = Job
2) Client = Quality Candidates
3) Yourself = More Happy Clients
4) + likely many more reasons that are unique to you.
What is the issue?
If the candidate does not meet the criteria, the client may not able to employ anyone at all (= not very happy), and the candidate does not get the job (= not very happy either), and you don't get paid for your hard work.
If your client employs someone then the employee (your candidate) often expects training to be provided, so they can develop their career, however the reality is that most companies struggle to provide BI training because it might be expensive, there is no budget, there are some payment constraint, or it's left to the employee to learn it in their own time or during working hours. One way or another your client is not fully satisfied, and your candidate is not fully satisfied either. If your client has a budget, then wouldn't be great to offer quality training, and make your client even more happy, if they client has money for that, they are likely to be a very important client for you.
Question to you. Do you provide training to your clients or candidates? No? Why not? Wouldn't be great to be able to do that? Would that not increase considerably satisfaction for both your clients, candidates, and positively impact you?
