In this__ Excel Tutorial__ I will show you how to use **Sum Function** using **Excel 2010.**

For purpose of this tutorial I use __Packing slip Template__.

Sum Function allows us to sum range of values.

In my Invoice below, I would like to__ Sum the Price __column. To do this I go to__ formula bar__ - type **equal** and** Sum**.

Next I open parenthesis - select cells with values and place comma between them. Then close parenthesis and click ENTER.

I will show another way to use Sum Function. At the beginning I make the same step like in previous example. I go to formula bar and select Sum. The different between previous example is that now I will range all values - picture below.

Result are exactly the same like in previous way.

Next I will go to __Formula bar__ and click **Insert Function **where I will select** Math & Trig Function. **

Next I just scroll down and select **Sum.**

Now, I will select the Number1 with values.

To Function Argument I select the** ****range. **My results are exactly the same like in previous.
